I was watching the news the other morning and there was a BAME girl on there telling us that employers are going to be receiving guidance on how they advertise their vacancies so as to not put off ethnic/ black / BAME whatever you want to call them from applying. The gist of it was that if your advert is to grammatically correct and well written it makes them feel less likely to feel that they should apply. For example she quoted one advertisement for a role which read “ must have world class communication skills “ . She suggested that to make it more appealing to a more diverse set of applicants it might be better for it to read something like , “should be a good communicator”.  FFS the world has gone mad .

And there you go...The United Nations Immigration Replacement Plan in action....they're not even trying to be discreet about it anymore.

The dilution of Western countries with third worlders with absolutely no allegiance to the nation.

We're the only ethnic race ever to sacrifice their progress,homelands,resources...even their childrens future opportunities to achieve diversity and equality.
