Oleo Mac chainsaw

Recommended Posts

I asked the estate owner for a new chainsaw. My old husqvarna was getting unreliable and even after service was hard to start and keep running.
I thought I’d get a sthil or husky but I got an oleo Mac . I’ve not heard of them before but I am very impressed so far . Has anyone else had any experience of them ? Are they reliable? Or has he got me a piece of crap .

You can usually tell with the plastic bits. If they are smooth and feel durable, then it should be OK.

It feels ok to be honest. I’m not someone who is using it day in day out . I just need a reliable saw if there is a tree down over a track .

My pal has one , he rates it ..?made in Italy , spares are available and reasonably priced , not that he’s had to replace anything yet but from questions he’s asked it seems all good mate …
