DIDO.1 22,862
Anyone collect medals. This local lad had convictions for illegal bathing and anti social behaviour. Joined the army at 17 (forced too because of convictions?) dead at 18. The medal has ghost dates on it. They released the medal when they thought they had won the war but the boers fought on so medals recalled from family and dates scrubbed off. (you can just see em, hence 'ghost dates')
