DIDO.1 22,868
*please note all pictures taken pre ban I do the moles on a golf course that has a cracking river running through it. I always think it would be lovely if the golfers had a few weeks off so I can fish it...perhaps if there was a lock down of some type. Any way these pics were taken exactly this time last year. Also it's close season for rivers but Iv only ever caught trout in that pool. Unfortunately for a fat chub he didn't know he wasn't a trout. 3 Quote Link to post

All the chub can stay in peace and I'll have an early morning for em in June if we are allowed 3 Quote Link to post
neil r 2,008
I used to do a bit of guesting on some ponds years ago on a course just outside Blackburn when I worked on a farm over that way . Had loads of perch on lures , nothing big but loads of them . I started doing the moles on a course near me earlier this year , there’s no ponds or rivers on it though but I do get free golf Quote Link to post

Daniel cain 50,044
Couple of times as a kid... Used to go caravaning with my nan and her second husband, stay next to it, and fish, spin for brown, and sewin.. My oldmans a mad game fisherman, used to take me all over... Mostly places we weren't supposed to be but not really my thing these days, there's some good trout and grayling fishing to be had with the club I'm involved with... Got loads of feeder streams and brooks that run into the main river wye.... Think from memory last Yr we counted 380 sea trout and 91 salmon using the one fish past we have cameras on.... Rivers are starting to get cleaner in Wales, and fish are slowly coming back. 2 Quote Link to post
