Lucky mate...ice everywhere now...had to help to young girls get their car out of the car park by the reservoir...the kids and dogs loved it though..

It's a tough place to be in any season, but bloody rough at the minute...I love it up there..

Thought so mate...good luck to the lad....couple of my best mates are 25 years in now.

One of them used to drum in a band we had, was taking a group on the moors, turned up at rehearsals full gear on, face blacked up the lot...he'd left them up there, 2 hours in the studio and back up lol...

Worked his way up.to captain now, watched him pass out as a captain a few years back...still remember him as my brothers fat best mate on the estate at 14.... 

Genuinely wish your lad all the best....

my lads being feched up right as good as i could. he is a sporting man. likes the dogs and genuinely into the country way. im a physical wreck myself at the moment worrying about him. can't help it. he"s my boy, but i am proud too.
