Doe this morning

Out for first light this morning after the boxing ...had a difficult stalk in very still conditions...managed to get into a doe just of some of my game crop and a good clean kill of the sticks at around 150 .

It’s a crakin bit of ground with a varied amount of game on it can be a bit challenging for stalking 

we shot over 9 pointers on it today 23 pheasants,1 partridge,2 teal ,and a snipe ....should of been more as they had 175 shots probably the worst average we’ve had this season

Yes a lot of woodcock around after that last full moon and easterly winds but mr timberdick was to good for these guns ...maybe today they will get a few
