culltheweak 947 Posted April 29, 2018 Report Share Posted April 29, 2018 Nearly lost my my two best dogs bellman trigger hook came undone and dogs went to ground with chain bouncing behind luckily chain snagged on a root and I was able to grab them out one dog was choked real badly Quote Link to post

Seen more dogs hips ruined with them over the years and owners didn’t even realise. Just lazy really, 2 dogs one lead. No thanks 3 Quote Link to post

But I think it's more for ease of the man holding them, holding one lead in one hand while holding shovels in the other is easier than 2 dogs wrapping themselves around each other and having to stop and start to sort them out.
