drut 9
Tried (luckily) just one box & nowhere near accuracy of old batches:maybe just a bad batch but will stick to RWS for present despite lower velocity. Edited March 2, 2018 by drut old age 1 Quote Link to post
Stavross 14,909
I was given a box of these a week or so ago I’ve never used them yet because I always found eley to be a dirty round, after reading your posts I might give them a miss Quote Link to post

My thoughts exactly regarding the rws subs. I used to prefer the Eleys, but I’m sticking with rws in the main for now. Quote Link to post
philpot 4,962
How do you think the RWS compare with Winchester subs which are very popular in my neck of the woods and what I use. I have not used the rimmy enough to really say which I think are better as I have not had the rimmy long enough and only bought it this winter. Testing will be done when the weather is better. Stavross 14,909
It used to use the winneys all the time the worked very well in the little cz, now if I’m out just bashing rabbits I use cci subs because they are as many as you can carry for about 10 quid Quote Link to post

Phil Winchester’s hit hard but rws are quieter and have the edge on accuracy in my guns. 1 Quote Link to post
