beast 1,884
Can't believe launchbury didn't get picked he was the best tight forward in the entire 6 nations for my money. Not sure about Teo either but all in all I think it's not a bad group
Paulnix 426
Launchbury is the only real obvious stand out omission in the fowards, best lock in the 6n's by a margin, should be in for AWJ who wouldn't make the Eng bench or likely start for either Ire or Scot, others no real problem with, Falatau regaining form with Bath and Kruis back from injury is something special and a very smart player. No one can have expected Hartley to go, the media been stirring it up to make a non story The backs I got a few problems with, Davies and Halfpenny in becauce of how they were playing 2-4 years ago, can't see what Biggar brings, Sexton got to be 1st choice with Farrel 2nd, would of taken a different type of 10 rather than more of the same, a space finder more in the Russel, Ford or even Cipirani mold, bring them on if behind with 15 to go and need a miracle ball, Youngs lucky to go although he is capable of finding a space and exploiting it but usually he service is a split second too slow, thought the young Scotish 9 may of been a wildcard. T'eo can see why he was picked even if he wouldn't of been in my Lions, if they playing warrenball then he does a Roberts impression better than Roberts. Overall I think we lack a bit of dog though, Marler, Best and Lawes maybe our only enforcers on tour and the midweek teams and warm up games will take a battering depending on how far the refs let things go, on past tours they let more stuff go on than usual tests so expect quite a few replacements to the names squad. Dabhand 887
Halfpenny is a fantastic goal kicker if it came down to a tight game and points was needed id rather him to step up to take points than bigger farrel and sexton as he has more of a long range advantage Hartley wont be missed hes taken far better hookers than him i feel for the Scottish i expected more to go than just
Paulnix 426
Just seen the Eng squad for Argentina, looks very depleted and a lot of players with only 0-5 caps to their name, sort of wish Gatland didn't pick so many from England now, it's going to be a tough tour to win over there.
