Francie 6,362 Posted February 14, 2017 Report Share Posted February 14, 2017 Build a new box for her mate, also buy some 3% hydrogen peroxide, an some borax washing machine powder, add some water to peroxide then mix some powder in to make a paste, put it on afeected parts let it harden then wash off with warm water an a milky mixture of same above ingredients. She's had a few different bedding straw etc and a tried her with a couple of duvet got a couple months that seems to have helped her Empty your kennel clean it real good buy bird red mite fluid from bird racing shop mix with water for small bottle you will het about 2 gallon put in a spray container spray your kennel right in all corners and walls leave for a day then spray again put your dogs bed back in after you spay then and leave do not use stray for a start get thick plastic feed bags split them and roll them into 4' lenths use glue to stick them together you will need a lot of them it will act as bedding she will sleep on it very well as they rolls will cake her well worm in winter and the plastic rolls will keep her cool in summer if it clears up you can go back to straw but be careful that it is new straw old straw is dusty and can have mites in it give it a try it is an old not expensive trick should work give it a go and good luck.
