So just out of curiosity what would you all say was your favorite bushing dog for fox

Mixture of beagle, spaniel and terrier for me, beagle X terrier or spaniel beagle also are top fox dogs imo

We flush to guns as its illegal to flush to sight hounds.

Been looking at beagle x spaniels as I used s terrier and he does okay but more suited to working hedgerows rather than woods etc, and he will drop to ground so that's a bit of an issue aswell as I have no interest in digging to a dog.

 

Building a kennel in summer and I'm really thinking of getting one or two dogs of this mix in. Being beagle in the mix I'm hopeing to kennel together if I get two

I've used one for nearly 5 years run him mainly on his own but ran him with his brother and another dog. Got my pack up to 3 and when we meat up there's 6 work very well together and put a lot up.

OK do they work near you were you can get a shot soon as they jump one or do you try to get ahead of them
