I'm not interested in boycotting them or whatever but I think they need to offer some sort of guarantee or protection against customer details being leaked as it isn't good and doesn't fill you with confidence. 1 Quote Link to post

I checked the serial number on it against the box it came in and some gent had swapped mine for a dud ! I asked B &F to check on their file to give me a name so I could put it right and slap some sense into the c**t who'd done it, in short they refused. I'm not going to defend the indefensible but they wouldn't tell me a name, they might of had their arm twisted ? But they did have a register of the serial number against the original customer though? Quote Link to post
