Will The Dda Act Be Changed

Personally I think it will be changed in the near future, it,s been proven a failure.

well with 2 deaths in a week, both from bull type dogs, i reckon they will deff have another look at it . , the only prob is it wont stop idiots owning these type of dogs :yes:

I seriously doubt it! The government ATM is seeing massive cuts across lots of councils and services, they've got absolutely loads of legislation to write with us leaving the EU and don't have a logical system to put in place that will actually work!

 

They won't remove or change the DDA without having a sensible proposal to replace it (which I doubt they have), it was only introduced to tick a box to say they were protecting the public, just like the handgun ban. Both will almost never be repealed, even tho both are terrible bits of legislation!
