Question About Ariels

Ok i have an ariel that apparently isnt digital. It wont pick up signal for my youview box. I have a dish and was told a freesat box will work. However i like my youview box as i know how it works and im used to it. Do i need a new ariel or is there a fitting i can buy to make it digital?

I was considering an inside ariel but not sure how good they are.

 

i do have sky through nowtv which i cast to my tv. Im just asking before i go buy something that isnt gonna work lol

Dont want to get freesat if i can get this to work. Cheers ☺

I'm out in the sticks and an inside Ariel works fine for me , I got a booster one you plug in

You can get indoor digital aerials for 15/20 quid, a good booster will cost you around the same.

Oh i got a booster in thr cupboard. So inside ariels work ok. Cheers lads ☺i will get one

My butty uses one in his caravan, I'd think they'd work fine in a house, probably have to be in a window though lol

There's no such thing as a "digital" aerial. You just need a newer model......if you can, get one for weak signal areas.
