leethedog 3,071
Personally Lee I kennel my terriers in separate runs and boxes,I would trust two together but never three it will end in a blood bath be it 3 bitches or 3 dogs from my own experience mate.atb dc It is one nurtured jrt who isn't interested in any thing apart from rats and rabbits hardly a working terrier a sub adult male pat that has gone backwards and a well worked bitch that if any dog goes near lays on her back so she can have her fanny licked hardly a brewing culdren of jealousy and top dogging is it if she is laying there a little tender now and being groomed I dair say things will be ok the only bath dan will be after a days graft I think Quote Link to post
king 12,015
Personally I would never kennel or keep 2 in the same run. I had a pressa canario before have a go at my staff bitch. The wife had to phone me in work to come home to break them up 20 mins later went into the yard. Total blood bath blood everywhere both bitches took some damage. Big Pockets opened up on both.leason learned that day. 1 Quote Link to post
leethedog 3,071
Sorry to hear that mate but a presser and a staff f**k me you might as well of put 2 pissed up gypsys in a run ya asking for a fight Quote Link to post
HPR 1,161
I think some times you diss miss people experience . It only take the smallest of things to kick off and I can garentee now if one die's it will be the bitch . Because Sod's law it's always the one you want to keep that you end up losing . Just because one dose rabbits and rats and the other one going back wards dosent mean they won't do damage . I've had dogs that wouldn't go to ground and are now in the ground nearly kill each other . Just don't take things for granted mate . 2 Quote Link to post

pirate pack 109
25 years ago I made big mistake of keeping a mother and daughter in same run, lived together for 3 years came home from work to blood bath, never kept 2 dogs in same run to this day. 2 Quote Link to post
leethedog 3,071
I think some people ar getting confused the dogs will NOT be locked bored out their tits in a run all day and night my dogs get at lest 3 hours exorcise a day split in 2 sessions a day and will have the run of the garden and house during the day the only time the gate on the run will be locked will be from around 10.30 pm to 6am and all sleep together at the minute in a sleep box inside my garage Edited March 30, 2016 by leethedog Quote Link to post
Daniel cain 47,817
Their your dogs Lee you know best-any man that works and keeps terriers will have lost one or more in a kennel fight .I had a dog and bitch together for 8yr and they went for it,once they go for it once they won't tolerate being in each others company, every dog should have its own space.you never lose the wankers only the grafters.I have enough scars and trips to the hospital from separating fighting dogs,f**k I need painkillers just to swing my hammer for work or using impact driver all day lee-and if you got kids you do not want them listening or seeing a dog screw another and kill it,trust me.atb dc 1 Quote Link to post
