Bsa R10 Super Carbine Trigger

Recommended Posts

Has anyone else found or dealt with a bsa r10 trigger; I've found with mine that the 2nd stage is far to long; I know what I'm doing when I adjust the trigger but no matter what adjustment has been made; the 2nd stage pull is far to long; I'm thinking of stripping it and honing & polishing the sears has anyone done there's ?

Re: bsa r10 trigger adj

If you engage the safety, then use a small Allen key in the little grub srew immediately in front of the trigger blade, tighten the screw until the trigger almost touches the safety. If you tighten it too much the safety will not engage. Check the safety still works, fire a couple of dry shots to make sure everything works as it should and then go shooting.

Sean,

after your sales thread ref the s410 I take it you like and rate the r10 better?

they do look a nice gun, one of the only bottle guns I like

Dj - i rate them both highly: I still say the s410 classic regulated is more accurate, but for out in the field the r10 super carbine is much more use able for me, the balance : the length is just perfect, I've really jelled with the r10.
