You wouldn't think something so small could cause you so much grief Jesus it may be "small" but I wouldn't fancy trying to squeeze that out my japs eye! Top lad points for fishing it out of the bowl after passing it too It didn't make the bowl I have a special jug next to the toilet... You know when ones coming so just finish your business in the jug... The docs like me to collect them for analysis.... Biggest one I've passed naturally was 8mm and it got stuck right at the exit... But the key to either is diet.. Your probably over doing the animal protein but I'm not a doctor so don't take what I'm saying as gospel... Hope you feel better soon... A hot water bottle on your belly can help or a hot bath also I find walking around help...painkiller wise I find tramadol the best. ya they said that it was to much calcium the lad time but never went into detail about it I'm booked into the doctors Monday to see about diet hot water bottle definitely help me this morning thanks for the replys Quote Link to post Share on other sites
