Dunkanon 380
get plenty road kill deer up here, in winter I always collect a few for dog food. even if they been lying a couple of days as long as its been cold. Dont know the legal aspects of it but TBH I dont really care, no point wasting them.
fireman 11,487
It's sort of illigal because in the letter of the law it says about taking one with a gun or engine type thing and a car is classed as a engine of taking game, hence why the person behind can pick it up because he hasn't used the engine to take it out.My dogs have a muntie buck tied to the fence(tied so the feckers don't drag it into the kennel) outside that was run over by a car in front of the beaters truck this week and there enjoying it just fine, far to say the ferrets ain't complaining about there bit either ..
