Deker 3,491
Not sure which section to post this in but help me out please.. A client told me yesterday they had clipped their Bantams wings to stop them flying up into the trees to escape the fox, because the local farmer told them the fox will just sit at the bottom of the tree and stare at the Bantams (Hypnotise them) and they fall out of the tree. Apart from the fact that sounds daft anyway, as with clipped wings the Bantams seem to have even less chance of escaping the fox, but its a new one on me, has anyone else heard this or is it a wind up? Alsone 789
I've heard of foxes and other predators "hypnotising" animals before but never to the point of causing birds to fall out of trees! However, this might offer some explanation: Edited January 29, 2016 by Alsone 1 Quote Link to post
