I've always had a passion for being outdoors and always had a thrill for the idea of living off the land, which of course goes hand and hand with hunting. A group of friends and myself frequently rough camp, gradually taking less and less gear each time, of course the main thing missing is "the hunt", there's only so many nettles you can eat... I've done a little shooting with the military, non professional and love the idea of either archery hunting (illegal so no chance) or hunting with a shotgun or firearm. I'm essentially here to ask a few questions and find like minded people in my area I can "tag along with" so to speak, hopefully eventually become a respected member in the forums.
