antg 1,855
Think it's called digi home or something ... Around 250 from Tesco, it does lack decent sound but for the price you can afford to pick up a sound bar for around 30 - 50. Other than that it's not bad and they save you straining your eyes trying to watch YouTube on your phone all the ultra slim TV, s suffer on the sound front due to lack of depth in the speakers... I've got a bog standard 50in LG and just stuck a chromecast on it for 30 quid... does everything I need they are well worth the money Kanny.bargain at 30 notes there on special at tesco direct online for £25 today. just ordered one as i read they are good
Wxm 1,638
I don't know if mine are smart ones ,but they had YouTube apps love film and netflix already on there.we got Panasonic in front room and the old lg that's was in there in our bedroom. if you have an iphone or samsung tab (only reason I suggest these is because these are what iam using) bring up youtubeon the app and play a vid .. in the top corner it has like a screen with lines through it ... press it and it should give you the option to connect to your tv ....
Wxm 1,638
Funny thing is it didnt ask for no password or anything to connect to the tv so if next door has a smart tv connected to the net then youcould sit there and turn it on and turn on hare coursing if antis or even put some filth on as you can also adjust the volume lol could cause a bit of shite lol
jeppi26 1,855
On the subject of tv I am in the process of looking for a new one I got a 46" Samsung led lcd at the moment but want a 50" curved 4K 3D tv. As anyone got one? if so what's the pros and cons of them are they worth the money? ive got a curved screen samsung t.v and not one single visitor has noticed its curved whilst watching it so i dont see the curve screen makes any difference to to viewing quality to be honest. it does make a difference in the price though. mines the 40" screen dont know if 50" would stand out any better Thanks for the info mate maybe I should go to the shop and see it turned on and go from there. Some folk say you have to watch the curved TVs head on and not at an angle or the screen looks dark??
