You may well be right, but if they are living in heavy forest......which it's no doubt they would prefer to reside, how hard is it going to be for them to prey on deer? After all it's a natural prey for them.........would they need to start wondering out in the open to take sheep?

No doubt it could be an issue......but my guess is, & it's a wild one :-) that they would prefer to stay in the forest & eat..,,

If they were to live in heavy forestry, than what about the capercaillie that live there. Surely they would take these as well :hmm:
More than likely if the two met............it would take the heat off the sheep haha Edited by Accip74
