Make some loops out of paracord, put a groove in and whip the cord over the top of the forks, if you want to shoot it ott, or drill a hole just big enough for the loops to fit through if you want to shoot it ttf. Either way you just fit the tubes on the loops. There's loads of ways, like fitting leather tabs, but looped cord is easier for a beginner.
