mackem 31,590 Posted August 9, 2015 Report Share Posted August 9, 2015 I used to go fishing with a guy who cleaned carpets,he did a couple of courses drape cleaning as well as carpet,and bought a machine that cost a few grand,his girlfriend was a letting-agent who managed rental properties,he got quite a bit of work through her and her contacts sprucing up properties between tenants,i think he was branching out to cover commercial cleaning till his woman dumped him and he moved back up to milton keynes,get insurance,best of luck.
