Not enough dust is coming out, not a heavy enough cloud, powdered vapour more like.

Not sure if there is enough Ficam D in it.

In the chamber the Ficam D covers the sucking tube by maybe an inch.

How many pumps do you give it? 25?

It could be that when you pump it up the action causes the powder to settle and almost becomes solid, when the powder settles the uptake tube sucks powder from immediate vicinity but causes a hole in the powder around the uptake tube limiting the delivery of your insecticide.

It often helps to pump up, then shake it to loosen powder.

I think its Killgerm reps that recommend putting in a golf ball to aid the break up of the settled dust. I have found that even walking from the vehicle and climbing the ladder can cause the dust to settle and reduce the flow so often shake the tank (carefully - obviously) at the top of the ladder.

Another tip is to check how much air the pump delivers and if needed strip it, replace washers and valve if needed.

Hope this helps.

Drop a golf ball in it and give a good shake up. Try not to use too much dust because it does tend to fill up.

If you use cables, to attach rat boxes, try running one through your wand... Like a pull through.

I have a couple of pebbles in mine, plus I always upend the duster after its fully charged. I also put a couple more inches of dust in than you've got there. No probs with not enough dust, the trick is to keep it agitated.
