Tremo 138
Not like you describe mate, but I agree with you on the BKL kit though. It is strong and dependable. Quote Link to post
Cedric 132
I had something similar with a Nikko Sterling Targetmaster, sold it on Facebook for a tenner to a guy who thought he could fix it. It's worth checking the moderator as well. Quote Link to post
Bigad 136
That's the scope I got on ! mods fine no bits of bullet in or markings got to be the scope Quote Link to post
Coypu Hunter 486
I've broken a couple of Hawke AirMax scopes and a Nikko Stirling AirKing on FAC springers. Apparently, the Hawke one-inch scopes use a leaf spring to hold the erector tube in place, which is less robust than the mechanism in their 30mm scopes. So, even though they're "rated for all calibres", they're not. The Targetmaster might use the same construction. If it's under guarantee, they should replace it. If not, it's time for a new scope. If you're on a budget, the Hawke Sport HD is a solid, bright scope that has survived my FAC springers -- so far! Quote Link to post
Bigad 136
Think my mates selling his hawke 6-24x50 I'll get on to him Quote Link to post
charlie caller 3,654
Always worth checking that your moderator is not coming loose (sure you did) might be worth trying another scope first to see if it does it again, before you splash out. Quote Link to post
