Bo Duke 420
Scottish SPCA Inspectors are authorised under the Animal Health and Welfare (Scotland) Act 2006 as Authorised Inspectors. This means that they have power of entry onto land if they suspect an animal is in distress and also allows them to apply for and execute their own warrants to gain entry into domestic premises.
