Recommended Posts

I'm wanting to do the PTS course, has anyone got a hand book that I can look though that they don't need anymore? I live in between Monmouthshire and Newport, can collect from near by. Cheers.[/quote

To do the course you need a sponsor, they should be provide you with one.

Got my revision online as i lost my booklet. Had to do some online sit through before going and doing the exam over 2 days. Went to dagenham and had a young bloke who spoke like a proper cockney lol thought that lingo was dead. He turned around and told us were all english don't worry about passing lol. I ended up not getting a single question wrong anyway most of it was common sense.

Dunno where you live but here Pts alone you'd be dam lucky to get a job to be honest. Most will want track induction at least and of course drugs test.

When I worked on the railway I would go on these types of course and the training staff would write something on the board to help you remember it because you might need to know it later. If somebody struggled to read and write the trainers would have a quick chat with them at the end and sign them off.
