shropshire mole 190
I use the AF Snappa boxes, work well, particulary in public areas when control is needed and poisons not an option. Snap e Traps are in my opinion are currently the best on the market, very easy to set, have a little "pot" to dribble melted chocolate into or whatever attractant you want, they keep on catching and a good sell on to customers Quote Link to post
pie-eater 377
As a whole does it appear a bad winter for mice indoors .Most people i know have had them as well as us and im damned if i can find where their getting in .Trapped 9 and appears to have stopped.long tailed field mice as norm.Mate is on 23 from his garage and neighbour caught 12 in two days .Question -do those wooden traps need tweeking as had bait stollen several times I get them in my shed chewing everything up every winter. Usualy I use chocolate as bait but didn't have any so tried peanut butter which they nicked without setting the trap off then a piece of donut same thing, so I got a fruit pastel and taped it onto the trap Ive had 4 mice in the past couple of weeks on the same bait. sussex 5,803
Just got back from a few weeks in Spain to find the little b*stards have moved in ...set a few of the old type traps baited with peanuts (super glued on) which will hopefully sort the job out .Think its probably time to update as well .Also come home to the shed flooded out with a burst pipe (plastic) , which looks like something has had a chew on it , think its a little bigger than a mouse ..!.. hutch6 550
Is it easier to use poison in the house if you don't have indoor pets or easily accessible runs to lay traps? If so what's the most effective stuff? Seen them behind the head behind the kitchen units but I'm stuffed if I'm puling them out just to lay a few traps. Little gits. Quote Link to post
