Random question regarding a YouTube film star... MrDAVERATZ.

He may even be a HL member... Hello if you are.

Anyway, I'm been catching up on some of his rabbit bashing videos on the choob and to be honest, he comes across as rather an epic 'un supported standing' shot. His rabbits drop like bricks and the 60 yards mark. In the descriptions, he sometimes mentions his set up... Logun in 22 and a 177 Gemini... Nothing on a ticket so I've seen, unless the logun is a fac only?... but without one cony doing the flip on impact or even a jump as some do, (I've watched a few videos of his now) the pellet makes contact and, jesus, they just crumble and stay put.

I'm kinda thinking it's down to the pellet?! Would anyone happy to know what pellet he uses? It'll probably be a AA Fields or something but I have to know.

Even mr pittaways rabbits do the usual flip on impact, mosts do, but this chaps shots... The pellets hits and they just drop. No jump. Nothing.

hi Rez

i have experienced that if you shoot to the rear of the brain, this is the part of the brain which controls all the nerves.

which when hit with .22/.177 the bunny will drop forward and not give its usual high leg wave.

try it out and see for your self

Tar mr Davy. If only I could be that precise my man :)

I kinda know what you mean, in his footage they just crumble, hence why I thought his setup might be on a ticket for the sheer wallop. I drop rabbits with my 100, the ones that are proper headshots tend to flip, but his don't. It's like a sledgehammer blow.

It's the exacts mate. In 22. Sledgehammer
