They reckon 6 rabbits eats the same as a sheep (can't confirm that), but you can keep 6-10 sheep per acre, so calling that 8 you would have 48 rabbits per acre. 48 x 1.5 is £72 per acre profit, assuming he has no cost of keeping at all, after that he has to feed them.
