T78 4 Posted October 21, 2007 Report Share Posted October 21, 2007 my first job from school was a butcher's apprentice,it looked very similar to that pic,but this was 14 yrs ago. i remember,the meat wagon couldnt get to the shop doors,could only park about 50 yards away. all the meat had to be carried to shop by hand! whole lamb,half pigs and fores of beast. the lot!and it was quite a busy little place too!lol Quote Link to post Share on other sites
