Browning T Bolt .17

Recommended Posts

Ase utra will be wasted on an hmr don't bother.

I had a SAK on a 17 and changed to Wildcat Whisper 17, the whisper was a much more sophisticated piece of kit

well made, and fully strip-able. Was it quieter NO? Was it better in any way? Not really, it looked better that's for

sure, but a SAK is £40 the Whisper cost £120.

However as you've not had FAC before, it won't be 'silent' in any shape of form, a very high pitched crack every

shot, be careful not to annoy the neighbours (if there are any).

I own a T bolt in .22LR and I really enjoy shooting it,

The trigger is fine for me, I don't find it excessively heavy or light but I would suggest going and handling one before you buy,

Accuracy and build quality wise, it's a Browning so it's absolutely fine as you'd expect
