bird 10,014 Posted August 9, 2014 Report Share Posted August 9, 2014 with all this mixy you been getting of late, do you still get good healthy rabbits say oct - rest of the season.? where I live it never really recovered from mixy, it been crap the last 10 years or so , you go out and maybe get 5-6 healthy rabbits from 2-3 hours lamping , you soon get fed up with it, either jump in your motor to catch few or get next to nothing local . Didnt recover from myxi flooded warrens. I am hoping for a better season this year but already signs its back in the warrington area :'( Quote Link to post

iworkwhippets 13,235 Posted August 9, 2014 Author Report Share Posted August 9, 2014 Ray, those are golf course bunnies, they introduce it every year, but every year they bounce back, heres a goodun she had today, no signs of myxi as of yet on my other permission, to be honest with you, i couldnt give a monkies if they wiped the bunny of the face of the earth, id still be out daily lookin for the buggers, and id find em, for me its just the sheer joy i get from being out in the countryside, enjoying mysef, watching my mate work, if she catches, like today, its a bonus, if not, i dunna lose any sleep, ive had many memorable moments out doin it, roll on the season, proper work , out with the stinkers, ive put some mileage in my outing today, she marked loads, plenty work fer me and 1 dog 3 Quote Link to post
