hi mate heres a pic , my ferret box will hold two ferrets , dont now how many nets it will hold ive had 50 in there and theres room for more , the pockets on the front hold my locator ,collars and spare battarys and dog leads . spade is used for legging the rabbits on

im making a box in my D+T class at school its about 1.5 meters long and has a longnet place in the middle and two side compartments one for ferrets and one for equitment

it also has a padded back for extrer comfort

 

what wood are you going to use mate

i make these boxes with a rounded back great for walking, easy to make once you have done the first one, the other i bought when abroad, it is made from a piece of hollowed out bamboo, it has brass fittings, it is alright if you have small ferrets, quite unusual, cheers

This is my carry box only use it for the two jills But it dont have ache your back carrying it around the hills

I got too many ferret boxes

 

Bought one from simon whitehead at the midlands and it is very light and good sized. Only one I am using now.
