rob284 1,682
I was reading the fell terrier book earlier and I noticed a varied opinion on entering a young dog to fox or badger when it was legal. Some said fox as entering to badger was risky for a youngun. But others said that entering to badger taught a young dog to sit back and they were worked for a while before hunt service to respect there quarry. So, for all the lads old enough and in other countries whats your opinion on the best quarry to enter to first, with the intention of working both in the dogs lifetime. Quote Link to post
