Booster Injections

I was told by a fella I do a bit of work for who's wife is a vet and he says you only need to get the first 2 jabs when there pups. The boosters are just a con.

thats it ..i just do mine 7n1 when there 8weeks..8 euro each.never lost any yet.

All ways got pups jabed then thats it when there pups non of this booster shit and never had a problem touch wood and ive had dogs 40 years and my dad before me allways stock to what I was tort and its allways put me right and my dogs so ive been very lucky or no how things work for us how many vets had 40 years with dogs that u meet these days its all tex book and money to the vets today

i know some lads ne er even bother with the puppy jabs. and had no bother.

 

Personally i always get pups jabbed... and thats there lot.

My vet said i was fine and i was 3 month over, just get it done for peacr of mind, not sure we ever know the truth.

Fact is if you need a passport or kennels it's all got to be up to date and signed off.

For a passport only the rabies jab needs done.

I am glad to hear this topic as I have never done my dogs, but I have bought pups where the breeder has proudly informed me of all sorts of injections (which was added on to the bill) and I have never carried on the trend. I was a little worried my dogs would drop dead one day! (hasn't happened so far) I can now rest assured! Thank you to all for sharing your knowledge and experience.
