spartacus 22
I have an old bitch by golly proved herself in the field, took all game and was silent doing it , a very good bitch and has produced some good dogs too. I agree there are good and bad in every litter and every line of dogs, this line can be early starters but late to mature , recognising the difference and knowing when to hold them back can be the key to bringing them on and having a good dog. But [BANNED TEXT] do I know 1 Quote Link to post

stabba 10,745
Golly was used as a cash cow towards the end. Thrown over any bitch who's owner had a handful of cash as the fee. If he'd have been bred tight(like he was in his earlier years) i reckon there'd have been better stock out there from him. Alot of lads out there swear by his blood and good on em. Sadly there's also a fair amount of lads who don't. atb stabba Quote Link to post
