twymanc 135 Posted January 26, 2014 Report Share Posted January 26, 2014 So the weather tonight turned out to be alright so after putting the lil one to bed with a story thought i would pop out for a bit of lamping. now ive had my perms for about 5 months now and loving every minute up there managed to bag 2 last night well 2 if your allowed to count the one mr fox run off with lol so hopped out the car and squish it became apparent i was gonna be in for a bit of a challenge anyhow although my perms is quite small and the terrain is a bit rough i feel priviliged to have it and am certainly not gonna let a bit of ass sliding gonna bother me so lamped up the field not as many as last night but a few bunnies about unfortuantly the bog was so bad by the time i was 50yrds they were gone oh well on i go. thro the woods squish squish disturbed a few woodys and finally popped out into the next field climbing the hill. so lamp back on spot a few grazing as it seems 100 yrds from me so lamp off slowly creeping closer on better ground i might have half a chance it also has become quite apparant to me by this time i could do with a lamping partner not wanting to swing my gun around with the ultrafire attached to scope for obvious reasons i have been using his big brother the cree by hand then flicking the gun lamp on when one insight well awkward so on creeping up guessing around 70 yrds i flick the lamp back on i spotted him hunched down in the grass oblivious to me or the ultrafires green beam concentrated on him i feel i have time to drop to one knee placing the cross hairs on his head within 10 seconds he popped his head up allowing me to replace the crosshairs on the centre of his head holding my breath slowly squeezing the trigger and slap a rws hollow point to his skull down he goes not a flinch or shudder a perfect end for the night ps keep an eye out in the oppurtunities section will be putting a request in soon cheers for reading , Craig Quote Link to post
