I'm just about bordering on the OCD with mine. I delete what I can. But, it aggravates me to be constantly hovering around the 20% mark. Only, I have stuff I want to hold onto. I now have the memorable stuff in a folder on my HDD and a very much cleaner PM Box. No, I too just bin the casual chit chat stuff, once a conversation's petered out.
