SECURE MEMBERS ONLY CHATROOM??

Hi everyone,even those that dont use the chatroom,but might if they thought it was a secure environment.I have asked IanB to consider making the chatroom a members only secure place to have a natter with like minded people,and would love you to vote in this poll.You never know it might do the trick.And,for people that have never used the chatroom please have a go,as it is(normally)a friendly fun bit of banter that goes on,and generally a place to catch up with people on open chat or privately,and,I say normally,and this what this poll is about..........making it a 'Secure and Friendly Members Only' chatroom.

i didnt even know there was a chatroom

 

i've always found them to be a good laugh aslong as there's always an admin/mod watching over it because when they kick off they do it big time

What makes a chat room safe, and if its open to HL members how does that make it safe, there are plenty of Antis and authorities on here, don't be fooled into thinking a secure chat room will help.

I dont like the idea of all sorts of people bieng able to view conversations in there as im sure some fruitloop antis have been watching and sooner or later someones going to slip something out they dont like.

you could say that about forums too, just there here till Ian fecks everything up and there all deleted the chat gets opened when the user clicks and washed away all you rea when you close will it not?? would imagine it would be easyer to look after though, anyone lurking give 'em the boot

Anyone can use it at the moment,and we get these pissed up lttle chavs getting in from time to time and posting a load of crap.

You can chat without the general populous reading if you do it privately(still seen by a mod - which is probably a good thing)so only the person you wish to chat to can see what you are posting.

i dont doubt that,but where do you draw the line,this forum is far to big to stop them getting on i know,feck all you can do,i just thought any one who had posted 200 times might have somat worth while to say in a chat room,unless it was some one called the ferret king.
