The Seeker 3,048
Went out for walk round with the rim fire yesterday on one of my permissions and didn't see a single rabbit. The place used to be absolutely moving with rabbits, a couple of hours walk round and you could easily do 10-15 bunnies without really trying. This spring there were plenty of little drummers running around so thought we would have a bumper year but it really has been dire. I can't even blame it on mixi as there has been very little evidence of it. Now winters on its way I feel numbers will struggle Very strange times indeed Quote Link to post

The Seeker 3,048
How are others doing have this years young come through or have you noticed less than usual? Not so long ago I was struggling to give them away there were that many, now I'm lucky to get one...just to add its certainly not through over hunting and me and my mate are the only ones with permission. air gun ant 1,666
I'm the same as the one, land that was showing good promise is now totally void and land that was dead a few miles away is now crawling with them! It's like they've all moved bloody house!! 1 Quote Link to post
