My New Striker Variable Lamp

Recommended Posts

Hi

Recently bought a new variable and it's different from the model I've seen in the past, it has 2 switches on the back for variability and you have to hold onto the on/off switch when you switch it off. Although this on/off is silent just wondered what people though of this? Or am I just way behind the times?

Excellent...no noisy click. As for the variable buttons...don't use them but all in all an excellent lamp.

Just to add...keep an eye on the soldered joints. I re-soldered mine and so does most others ;-)

I suppose I'll get used to it, I keep bringing it down before the light goes off, as I'm still holding the switch and lighting my feet. Just isn't as quick on and off as older models. Seems a waste of power
