Pup Nearly Drowned - Vid

Took the pup out for a stroll this morning, thought i'd let her have a paddle in a shallow bit of the river and get a nice little vid of her messing about to show the wife, big mistake, she legged it full pelt directly into the middle, next thing i knew she was caught in the current and being washed down stream, struggling to keep her head above water.

 

Instinct took over, didn't really have time to think, chucked my phone and ran after her, only just managed to grab her i was up to my armpits and close to being carried off by the current myself. Got her back to the bank, she was a bit shook up but fine in a couple of minutes, i had to walk 20 minutes home soaked freezing my arse off looking like a total numpty

 

Proper relieved, no way she would have survived if i hadn't managed to get to her. Got home and had a look at the video, only captures the first few seconds, you can just about hear the "oh sh*t" as she takes off, nearly got my own 'FENTON' moment going on
