webster 90 Posted September 1, 2013 Report Share Posted September 1, 2013 was my birthday on friday and the missis has bought me another weihrauch its an oldie but im well chuffed . im now the happy owner of a 1972 hw35 shes in a bit of a state but i love project guns the blueing is shot and its full of the gunk they used too put in rifles heres a couple of pics got a few questions its running a leather piston seal it seems fine but is it worth replacing it with a modern seal and am i better fitting a standard spring or is a sfs welsh willy kit worth putting in , . the scope is a bushnell banner and looks old too but im stuffed if i know . she didnt pay much for it im glad but its gonna be a keeper just not sure what im doing with the seal Quote Link to post
