Tron 173
So doesn't seem at bad.. bin offerd brand new from gun shop we a scope for lke £200 what u guys think?? Dont buy it at that price Craig. The Stoeger suppressor Air rifle is like the Curates egg! (Good in places) Ive had one and was pleased at first seemed well made but has a S++T trigger. I cured mine by drilling and tapping a 3m/m hole in the trigger assembly and fitted a grub screw and locking nut which enabled me to dial out a lot of graunchy travel in the unit. however another problem appeared which was the weakness of the the locking barrel detent spring which gives up the ghost after a few hundred shots which results in the barrel not wanting to be locked solid upon closure. both faults can be cured by using British springs and know how. The Stoeger Suppresser rifle is available down here in the Midlands for about £130.00 and SOME come with a decent 3X9X40 milldot scope. but not all! some devious shops exchange the good scope for a crappy 4X32 scope. So be warned friend. Quote Link to post

Blackbriar 8,569
I'm going to go against the trend here. I've had one of these for almost a year now, and I've found it to be consistent, pretty quiet, accurate and powerful (once you've bedded it in). It's little on the heavy side, but that's usual with a springer I suppose. As an 'entry level' rifle it's good value as the price includes a moderator and scope, but I think the comments on the asking price are valid - I happily paid £169 (new!). In a nutshell, in my opinion, it's a good value rifle that's given me a lot of enjoyment, and isn't that what it's all supposed to be about?? Hope this helps! All the best and good luck! craigbarron 0
Okay cheers well shot a hw but we a upgrade spring nd it was okay but the huy wanted 250 we scope bag nd pellets.. Quote Link to post
secretagentmole 1,701
The 95 is a much better gun. If it has a good scope and a gunbag with it, £250 is not so bad (seeing as he chucked the ammo in too). Quote Link to post
