Think I've Dropped A Boll#*k

I've just baught a mk 5 silencer for my airwolf but it doesn't fit? I don't know if I baught the wrong 1 or if I need to get an adapter, it's supposed to slide over the shroud but it seems a fraction to small to go over the shroud?

Any ideas people

As far as I know mate I saw it cheap £39 quid along with various mtc scopes some at £100 cheaper than the shop it was descibed as a mk 5 but it doesn't go over my shroud, maybe I've been robbed as it didn't come in a daystate tube so I'm not sure, like I say it nearly fits over the adapter type thing but its just a fraction out

looks like a mk4/5 ...

 

I ditched mine anyway as the little O ring in the back which is supposed to give you a seal and prevent damage to the shroud... did non of those things and snapped ..

There are two types of Airstream silencers. They are gun specific, one fits the Ranger and wolf, the other The Huntsman and MK4. The shroud must have a slightly thicker diameter on the wolf. Looks to me you have a Huntsman/ MK4 airstream.

Just checked the Daystate owners forum and there is a Airstream mk5 for your gun for £35. A lot of people are moving over to Huggett shrouds so a few should be coming up for sale. I have put a link up to the advert.
