Your dogs could collide doubled up for sure but we run the risk of injury or killing our dogs everytime we work them, only time will tell wether the dog will come good, the whippet i had went back to its previous owner as it lacked the working ability i needed, he gave me so many problems that a lurcher never has so decided to put me time into a lurcher pup ;)

The majority of dogs ive seen with this problem have been kept indoors and raised with children , most will grow out of it with time but some never will. When giving my dogs treats I allways throw the

take it ratting

They are a good way to sharpen a dog up i agree. Get them on from pups.Gets them breathing aswell. I use a 10ft bamboo.

"booted in the face and didnt like it " who does???:laugh::laugh::thumbs: or maybe its just a wuss

Didn't want to say that  I can mind taking a young lad out with a whippet cross, c**t was cuddling the dog all the way there. We were lamping white hares (I know I know) my dog was on one, next thing he let his dog off, my dog bang into it, it summersaulted his dog in the air, he shouted my dogs got it, I said that was your dog, why did you let it go. Anyhow mine carried on caught the hare, back to the van. His dogs run next, dog was shaking like a leaf, wouldn't get out the van  f**k all wrong with it apart from lost its bottle. It stood and watched chase after chase without as much as a pull on the lead. That was its last ever run. Tbh, the lads heart wasn't in it either, thought you just bought a dog, keep it as a pet, show it the odd rabbit and it would fill the pot.
