potpoacher 27
I am interested In keeping pigeons, but, like all the animals I keep they would have to pay their way and meat sounds the best way. if anyone could point me to a good breed and possibly a breeder it would be very much appreciated. gnipper 6,972
Kings and runts are the only eaters I've heard of. Racers are probably the easiest large type to get hold of though and would maybe fatten up with the right feed? Or just shoot some woodies.

I was just thinking that rabbits, guinea pigs and pigeons breed quickly and prolifically, don't eat too much or find most of the food themselves.
