morton 5,369 Posted June 30, 2013 Report Share Posted June 30, 2013 I had a look,digging comp. made the day for me,well run and organised,did so-so with the lurchers,i did,nt agree with some of the judging,nobody usually does unless they win,but on the whole the judges picked the dogs they thought fit,as it should be.My only gripe would be having seperate classes for bull crosses and better prizes for them,the bullcrosses were far outweighed by other type lurchers and should have received the same treatment. jagd.lad 31 Posted June 30, 2013 Author Report Share Posted June 30, 2013 i thaught that but you dont know who knows who at the shows so the judges could of picked the dog just from knowing the owner and seen a couple of bull crosses that was in realy good shape and then some that was outweighed but other lurchers like you say the lakeland type dogs was a hard choice all equally as well bred i thaught did you show any of yours. fox buster 118 Posted June 30, 2013 Report Share Posted June 30, 2013 Morton!!for the records bullx had seperate class coz it was a qualifier!!!Which they got a bag of biscuits for an a bowl,lurcher championship an working lurcher which were both qualifiers both also got dog feed an bowls also collar an lead!Terrier qualifier classes all got dog feed an bowls also couplings!!
